در این مقاله ی کاربردی با فرمت Pdf اثر ذوب مجدد فیلتر گذاری بر خستگی آلیاژ 356 A آلومینیوم مورد تحقیق و پژوهش قرار گرفته است
اثر تکرار ذوب مجدد و ریخته گری و نیز اثر فیلتر گذاری بر مقاومت خستگی و میزان تخلخل در آلیاژ آلومینیم 356 A مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. در این خصوص شمش اولیه از این آلیاژ چهار بار ذوب شد و در هر بار ذوب مجدد، 60% از مواد مربوط به ذوب قبلی برای شارژ در کوره مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. از ذوب های دفعه اول ، دوم، و چهرم نمونه های خستگی و نمونه هایی برای چگالی سنجی تهیه شدند. ...
